Therapy Yoga & 1:1’s

  • Our therapy based / private classes are all about you. Giving you the freedom to explore your personal practice and receive guidance tailored to your needs, on your terms and in the comfort of your home.

    Therapy yoga / private classes take us back to the roots (Bija) of yoga which was more a student teacher tradition and an amazing way to accelerate your transformational journey.

    So whether you want to go deeper into your practice, either short on time or unable to commit to regular classes please get in touch so we can discuss your needs and start this journey together.

Meditation

Learn about meditation classes

  • Our meditation classes are delivered online via Zoom and in person and are designed to be accessible by everyone whether you are a complete beginner, novice or an experienced meditator.

    Meditation offers you the perfect setting to cultivate that deep sense of connection with yourself allowing you to let go of the world around you and feel completely at ease.

    So, no matter your reasons for meditating whether this is to feel less stressed, improve sleep, more focus and clarity, every meditation is one step closer to discovering the real you, free from the stresses and challenges of modern life.

Kirtan

Learn about Kirtan

  • ‘Singing from the heart, connecting to the Self’

    The ancient practice of Kirtan (call and response chanting) is a heart opening practice that helps us to come out of our busy heads and into our hearts, deepening our connection with ourselves, the world around us and others.

    Kirtan is one of the 8 limbs of yoga known as Bhakti Yoga or the Yoga of Devotion. In this practice we come together to chant mantras, often in the sacred language of Sanskrit. Through the powerful sound and vibration of the mantras we can find ourselves going into deep meditative states and experiences of stillness and joy.

    This practice can help us to connect with the very best of ourself, whilst giving strength and courage to face challenges in our life.

    The practice itself is the teacher and no experience is necessary, it is not a practice of musical ability but a practice of the heart and everyone is welcome
