MY SPIRITUAL NAME IS SHANTI DEVA

My journey with yoga and meditation began as a way to manage chronic stress and improve my sense of well-being.

I had a yearning to go deeper which brought me to the Dru lineage - a mindful, meditative-based practice based on Hatha yoga.

So inspired by the transformational effects I decided to become a teacher to help others to heal and transform.

I teach group meditation as well as one-to-one yoga therapy sessions.

My style of teaching is inclusive and nurturing to take you on a journey of self-discovery

My spare time is spent with family and connecting with nature.

Julia

MY SPIRITUAL NAME IS NITYA MUKTA

I came to meditation in search of inner peace and visited a Buddhist Centre for a retreat in the late ’90s. I remember hearing the words ‘Happiness depends on the mind’ and being deeply moved. I realised there was a different way of life that I wanted to experience.

I stayed in the Buddhist community for over 10 years, living for 8 years as a Buddhist Nun. I gained deep experience and taught the teachings of Buddha in weekly classes, retreats and special events to support others.

My spiritual journey led to the practice of Yoga, training as a Yoga and Meditation teacher within the Dru Lineage and studying Ayurveda.

It is Bhakti Yoga and the practice of Kirtan that makes my heart and soul sing, guiding others into deep states of stillness, joy and peace.

I’m also a certified Grief Educator.
